There are specific asanas for pregnant women...which has to be practices under professional guidance...For pregnant women forward bending asanas cannot be done. ..or anything which has pressure in stomach cannot be done

Asanas that give pressure on Abdomen should be avoided. It would be best to Practice, Bhadra Asab, Upavesana, Veer Bhadra Asan, Setu Bandh Asan, Vakra Asan lying on the floor, Ardh Hala Asan with wall support, Anulom Vilom Pranayama all this will be very benefical to a pregnant women.
