6 anti-aging exercises from the practice of "Tao for

10 years ago, on the advice of my husband, I started the Tao Facial practices. The fact is that thanks to Tao, my husband independently rehabilitated himself after falling from a height, and learned to walk again. Tao is an ancient Chinese practice for health and longevity, as evidenced by medical research in the field of health. Every morning I enjoy sitting on a yoga mat and enjoying 10 minutes of Tao Facial exercises. This is a gentle way to wake up and stretch; the feeling of cheerfulness will remain until late in the evening.  "Rubbing the Phoenix" Press gently on the eyes with the bases of the wrists 8 times. Then place your palms in the palming position for this 1 minute. This exercise will relieve tension from the eye muscles and make the eyes wide open. 2. "Flight to Heaven" Place your fingers above the brow line. Start moving from the inner edges of the eyebrows up 5 millimetres, then to the outer edges, gently press with your middle fingers. Repeat the same movement under the brow line. Press the inner point under the eyebrows with your middle fingers, move your fingers up 5 millimetres, and then move your fingers to the outer edges. Repeat both movements 8 times. Regular practice of this exercise will correct drooping upper eyelids and reduce wrinkles around the eyes. I also use these movements for stuffy nose, headaches and dizziness. 3. "Phoenix Tail Opening" Place the base of the wrists towards the temples. Use the knuckle of the palm under the thumb to massage the temporal region, starting at the outer tips of the eyes and bringing the hands to the beginning of the hairline. Calculate a comfortable pressure force for yourself to enjoy during practice. Repeat the movement 8 times. THE PHOENIX TAIL OPENING EXERCISE IS A LIFESAVER when I have a pounding in my temples or a headache. In addition, regular practice has reduced wrinkles on the outer corners of the eyes. 4. "Pouring apples." Rub your palms and place them on your cheeks so that the tips of both hands' little fingers touch the nose's bridge from the outer edges. The distance between the little fingers and ring fingers is 3-5 cm; that is, an eye is placed between the fingers. Pressing the outer line of the little fingers, move your fingers from the bridge of the nose down along the wings of the nose to the nostrils. Repeat the movement eight times. The “Pour apples” exercise stimulates blood circulation on the face, activating skin cells' renewal, making it soft, moisturized and radiant. Reduces nasolabial folds and blemishes on the front. 5. Tongue Pull Place both hands on your face as if you were about to yell "Ay". Lightly press the tips of your index fingers on the bridge of your nose, and place your thumbs on the cheeks below, closer to the jaw. The remaining three fingers cover the mouth and nose, leaving room for the tongue. Open your mouth, fold your tongue into a tube, move your tongue out and 8 times. Then "chat" with your tongue inside your mouth, mentally counting to eight. Finally, tap your teeth against each other eight times. This exercise stimulates the nerve endings on the cheeks and face, reduces nasolabial folds, and relieves toothache. And I also use this fun practice to relieve tension and irritability, especially on PMS days. Try it, you won't regret it. 6. "Dragon Face Tapping" Rub your palms, use warm fingertips to tap on the skin of the face: forehead, eyebrows, temples, closed eyes, nose, cheeks, jaws, lips, chin and neck. Continue tapping for one minute. Do the exercise every time after applying the cream. Regular practice stimulates the subcutaneous tissues and blood circulation of the face, improves the appearance of the skin, makes facial features soft, and prevents numbness and pain in the joints of the hands and fingers.
