How do I loose 5 kg a month by doing yoga and what should I eat in a day as I cannot avoid rice?

Dont eat rice in night. Do Surya Namaskar of 10 sets, i.e. 13 rounds is one set so like that 10 sets. Paschimatan asan, Veer Bhadra Asan, Pawan Mukta Asan. Also do your walks it will help you.
