You can kick off with speedy sun salutations or surya namaskar.. Go for 2 sets of twelve rounds. (One round is a combination of left and right side. Refer to youtube or Sivananda website for details) I can bet that is the best cardio you will ever do. You will be sweating bullets. All the best!
