"I am working in Worley Parsons, Navi mumbai since August 2023 .I have joined as a fresher and I am working on Germany Cologne program so I have meetings with the lead office and the office managers are from Germany. I had to speak fluently with them or after joining there I realised that I had to work on my English. I got to know about this Spoken English class from Google and I called to sir and I joined the class It was very good experience .Thank you sir !! I have gained my confidence because of you. On my first day I knew my condition that time my confidence was low. I could not talk that time because I did not know what sentence I had to speak, where I could use Preposition,where I could use future tence and where I use pronouns.But After 3 Months it happened because of you .I have built my confidence I can talk now .I like Group Discussion ,Debates because of that I can talk in front of people.Thanks sir from tomorrow I will practice English as reading books making videos and all activities. You always say that practice makes everyone perfect so daily I am practicing to talk someone in front of them . I think now I'm ready to talk with lead office. Thanks!!! "

Communication Skills Training

"We all strongly believe communication is the necessity for day-to-day life, it would be businessman, corporate life, or any other field, we always believe learning is the only path to bridge the gap of your knowledge or communication. Due to covid Work from home & 6 months career gap had impacted my strong communication, I would like to share my Iearning experience when I joined Allstate India on Mar 23. I was unsure about my capabilities, being the leader of the voice team, I was tackling my daily work due to lack of communication i.e., kind of sub-conscious mind where having all in mind but not able to explore myself loud and clear. After so much research on communication classes I got the opportunity to attend IELTS training institute, in this while I met Ashok Bhui Sir. He is very kind person, his way of teaching gives simple ground level understand of the concepts, he gave me background of syllabus will be going through and homework for self-study, I realized this would be right place where I can improve my communication, which will help me to build my career, to make it simple you get lot of adds and notification on social networks where you really see marketing strategy of communication classes, it is not about comparing but as a student would expect to be a best version of my self. Ashok sir supported me a lot to understand the grammar and how we can overcome self-study, to improve self-confidence, every class I attend was very effective learning for me. Its almost year now I see good improvement on my self confidence and daily work life balance, I am able to manage the things now, I am lucky and feel proud to be part this class and more over I got to know the humanity and kindness of person whose motive has been always to teach people make them better version of there professional life. "I would like to share my english speaking journey with the ielts english training institute, hadapsar, pune. I joined this class on 31st december 2024.My purpose of my english-speaking is achieved. When I visited this class for the 1st time ,I was not sure that I will improve my english but ashok sir's teaching is very nice. Ashok sir clears the basis concepts and encourages all students to speak in english.Even if students are shy in nature like me. Sir motivates us to speak in english & increase confidence. Hen I joined this class & now there is a lot of difference in my english-speaking. Spoken English

"I had problems communicating with anyone in English. I could not speak English confidently. I felt like I would say something wrong. I was afraid to talk in English so I decided to join spoken English classes. Firstly, I learned grammar with our Ashok Sir. Later on, he taught how to improve communication skills. He suggested practicing English with family and friends. In our first class he asked us to introduce myself at that time I tried to talk it was not so bad then I felt like now I started to talk then only I can improve my communication skills with confidence later. After every session he gave us some topics to talk and he gives us 5-10 minutes time to prepare so that we can talk like this he improves our skills after some time in our class various activities started like debates, group discussions, story telling, role plays, presentation which was so interesting and it is my favorite session. In addition to this, it was debate and topic of that debate was men should help in households works or not?? In that I supported the team who said that yes men should help women in household works from that day I decided to talk without any hesitation or fear I started to talk with confidence later we did group discussion on social media that day also I tried to talk and I made some mistakes later on sir told us our mistakes so that we can improve. Now I have gained more confidence and English grammar knowledge so that I can talk on any topic and I can start Conversation with anyone quickly in English from now hereafter. I need to practice daily to talk in English without any mistakes and fear I tried to write everything about my journey Thank you so much ! "
