Nowadays our daily life stylish very dangerous and the food we are eating is its a fast food without any new trains and why the yoga is important in our life because there is no time for us to do any physical activity through yoga you will do breathing and we'll do asanas with that our general fitness and health will increase and the chronic disorders like diabetes hypertension and any others can be prevented and illustful life we are very busy so our mind is full of tensions to control our tensions and answer is we can do Pranayam us and meditation in our daily life

Yes we can practice yoga in the night but it is advisable to practice yoga in the early morning when we wake up from the sleep our body and mind will be relax without any thought sentence intensity so that if you perform in a fresh air in the Pranayam are also we get air without any pollution but when we do in the night we are already chai from all the activities but still if there is no time you can practice yoga in the night also

Yoga means it's a combination of body mind and soul which mostly consist of different types of asanas and posters we need to stay in the same posture for particular period for maybe it may be from 10 seconds to 30 seconds and when coming to Pranayama there are so many Pranayam in the Pranayama consist of inhalation and excelling the air and the meditation means we focus on particular point and we focus on the same point for a particular period around 1 minute to 5 minutes we me debate on one thing we focus and one thing that's called meditation
