"I have come across to chef Abhinav Bhatnagar through urban pro and I must say, it has been a very good decision. He is very talented with Indian cuisines, especially Korma's , various types of Biryani and other Indian cuisines. We have called him twice on 4th July and 7th July. He offers classes from 11 to 7pm. Very well experienced in knowledge and types of food. "

"Chef Abhinav had come to our house to help us with a dinner party menu. He is a very pleasant personality to have at home. He was at out home from 11am - 8pm and cooked : . Hara bhara kebab . Chicken Malai Tikka . Chicken legs tandoori . Mutton gravy . Daal makhani . Pulao . Burhani raita . Chatni All the dishes were delicious. Non veg was very juicy. As we had 2 kids so he ensured the food wasn't too spicy for their taste. It was in all a great experience. "

"For a party at home.Now I know what I was missing.All people use same ingredients but IT IS THE RIGHT PROPORTION WHICH MATTERS. His knowledge is excellent & out of ten years,he has spent four years in CANADA which has further enhanced his exposure in this field.
