Sava _ means corpse, asana - means posture. We are simply telling taking the position of a dead body while being fully aware inside. Human brain controls body, orders it to move in different posture all life, here we & our brain orders body to get relaxed from every bit of its parts. From top to bottom, from top of head to soul of both feet.

Methodology

1. Do any intensive physical activity - like fast walking, dancing on spiritual songs, or Surya Namaskar for 10 minutes.

2. Lie down on the yoga mat -make sure you wear loose yoga clothes.

3. Start commanding your body now to release tensions- first close your eyes, lose your face muscle, forehead, jaws.

4. Go downwards & lose shoulders, arms, elbows,& palms, likewise every part of your body till soul of your foot.

5. Now try to imagine & watch your lying body in its original condition. Watch every part of your body in detail.

6. Come downwards while watching your body parts- start with a face, neck, chest, Abdo abdomen, shoulders, palms, pelvis, thighs, knees, sheen bone, ankle, feet, souls.

7. Now come out of body & watch it as a single unit of mass.

8. Now there are three different entities- body, your consciousness,& breath. Let the body Be there lying.

9. Be there for 5 minutes & now command your fingers to move slowly & take left side to wake up slowly with mindfulness.

10. Now rub your both palms till it gets warm, now makeup with both palms, give this heat to eyes, face & neck. Now slowly open your eyes & be grateful for this life running through you.
