I don't know about Hispanic but Cervantes is very good, their level is very good. Spanish teachers are teaching there plus there is a well equipped library where you can read novels, magazines.

Hi, I would recommend Instituto Cervantes if you are looking for a certification. Ask in the three of them, if they have native speakers teachers and if you are going to be exposed to natives speakers from latin america and Spain. Accents and some verbs are used in different ways, although it is exactly the same language. I consider very important to get use to both. If they don't have natives, I would skip it. I have talked with some teachers in India and is a little difficult for me to understand (there are good ones too, I have to say) Good luck! read less
