I have taken interviews from Jr. developers to VP level technical architects. The trickiest questions are generally those which make you respond based on your experience rather than a book or answers easily available on Google.

For example I ask a common question to relaively Sr. Developers : suppose a Jr Dev comes to you and asks there are 3 ways to iterate over Collection .. For loop i to size() ; foreach style loop and Iterator ..
why 3 ; why not Just one? trust me I haven't seen a satisfactory asnwer till date. avoiding listing all my question bank :)
