"It has been just a month I have been with Sahil sir. Its like a new world he has created for me to live in surely a healthy and fit world. The way he motivates his trainees is absolutely what exactly trainees need. Being a trainer he plays the role of everything you need. Surely not a strict trainer but knows how to make his trainees work the way he wants. Being with him I have gained about 3 kgs of weight and about 2 inches of height in just a month. No doubt he doesn't leave a single chance to impress his trainees with his work. "
