Fact : given a bit of time you can fill your kitty with reasonable amount of content. But if putting all this content in a presentable manner is the cause of the nervousness (which is in most of the cases) .... then ... If you accept the above then ... To overcome a potentially embarrassing situation there are a range of skills that really need to be honed.esp. Negotiation Skills, Resource Management (!?) , Communications skills, ability to use "Honesty" in a skillful way, etc. Yes, a very specific training program will be helpful after which you need to be launched into several real time interview situations. Select as many low impact (not interested) companies as you care and walk in for the interviews without a care in the world. Since there is no self imposed pressure, you have had a training in the methodologies AND you would have had a lot of content... you will DEFINITELY improve in leaps and bounds... THEN and only then go for the job interview of you choice. As you will realize you will need to invest in time , which is usually around 2 months (pushing 3 months) ... a very short time compared to years many people take to land a good job !!! Remember : There is nothing like "My dream job interview is within your stipulated training period" : School of Hard Knocks. read less
