In the speaking part, there are a couple of pointers you need to take care of, apart from fluency and proficiency in the English Language like speaking in a formal way, sitting posture, gestures, grammar and most importantly confidence.

Coming to your question, Yes you can use words like didn't, don't, isn't etc. But you just need to avoid the usage of abbreviations of things like in SMS language. IDK, LOL etc., abbreviations, or urban slangs are strictly advised not to be used. It would help if you use formal writing, and these words are obviously not entertained. But, having said that, you can use the abbreviations for the governing bodies like stating the UN for the united nations or ISRO for Indian space research organisation.

So it is best to keep in mind that you only can use the abbreviations mentioned above, which can be induced in the formal style for both writing and peaking.b You just have to remember the fact that you are judges based on four things that are content, grammar, confidence and pronunciation. Also, you have to know the fact that speaking is solely dependent on fluency and confidence.

So summing up, using abbreviations, which are in par with the view of formal speaking, yes you can use it.
