First of all congrats on succeeding to take the first initial step towards a healthy and robust lifestyle by choosing to learn yoga.Coming to myself I am a certified yoga instructor(teacher) with an expierience of more than 7 yrs.i have learned yoga under the renowned Sri Sai Chakravarthi garu.As we each have an individual personality and character designing the asanas and meditational exercises according to your lifestyle, persona and your time frame is my skill.Many of my students have lost consistent weight and overcome many other health related issues in my classes.classes will be taken indivudually with personal care and attention.(diet plan also would be provided for weight loss)
