At the age of 13 I started yoga because of the gurukul vidya pith .2003 to 2006 I became a regular practitioner after completed my school study I started working with some sales profession then 2012 I quit my regular job and I started again yoga then I completed my diploma completed my certification in yoga then started teaching to the students of ngo. Yoga has been changed my life completely I've become a regular practitioner on that now started teaching with the various corporate field .Now I am a full time your teacher .

i started teaching yoga in 2006 with Gurukul ..where i have done my schooling .its been a long time to teach but as a Yoga teacher professional i started work with school and studio in 2013 ...i love power of sound Om and meditation i love to give guided meditation to client..i specially focus on client posture, breathing,health ..i love to go with clients health schedule, Kundalini Chakra meditation wich my topic ...Power yoga for weight loss which is my style ...
