Improving communication you should try to take Individual classes instead going to class-room training. Work 30 condinuous days for 30 hours (1 hour each day) and see the changes by your own.
Steps -
1. Grammar
2. Read Short stories/Understand it/explain it
3. Try to think about a topic and talk by your own
4. Record while you are talking on topic
5. Get an overview/feedback from your friends
